A growing South Bay organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, P&L analysis, accruals, and AR reconciliations. To be successful in this role, the Staff Accountant must be team-oriented and be able to work with a diverse group of people. Does this sound like you? Or maybe someone you know? What do you need for this Staff Accountant role?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
