Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to work on-site at our Chino office and manage marketing campaigns that drive patient bookings and revenue across our clinic locations. This role requires hands-on execution and close collaboration with clinic leadership. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage in-market marketing campaigns to drive patient traffic and sales Develop and manage promotional campaigns for IV therapy, weight loss, and aesthetic services Coordinate marketing efforts across social media, email, SMS, and local outreach Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize based on ROI Support location-based promotions and community marketing initiatives Maintain marketing calendars and promotional timelines Collaborate closely with clinic operations and leadership teams Qualifications 2+ years of marketing experience (healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetics preferred) Proven experience driving sales through marketing campaigns Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and local advertising Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in an in-office environment Understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing is a plus Compensation Hourly Rate: $30$40 per hour, based on experience Paid in accordance with California employment laws Potential for performance-based bonuses tied to campaign results Why Join Ovilla In-office, collaborative work environment Direct influence on clinic growth and revenue Opportunity to expand into a full-time role as the company grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
