This role seeks a versatile full-stack developer to design, build, maintain, and improve enterprise applications across various platforms. They will work independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop web/mobile apps (React)

Manage low-code applications (Power Apps)

Build RPA workflows (Power Automate)

Implement & maintain enterprise applications

Troubleshoot and fix production issues

Handle API integrations

Improve user experience based on feedback

Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

Guide team members on best practices

Perform additional assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in CS + 5 years experience (or equivalent)

Experience with Fullstack development lifecycle

Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases (Postgres preferred)

Experience with cloud, containers, NoSQL databases, Power Apps/Automate

Proven success in SaaS development/deployment

Self-starter with strong teamwork and communication skills

Experience owning projects end-to-end

Medical/pharmaceutical/biotech experience a plus

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
