Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Care Manager Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 14 weeks 5 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 hours per week Contract: 14 weeks Pay Rate: $48.57/hour Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (Local candidates only) Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team in Middleburg Heights, OH. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience in Case Management or Utilization Management. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage patient care across the continuum to ensure appropriate resource utilization and quality outcomes. Conduct clinical reviews using established screening criteria such as InterQual , MCG , and Cerner systems. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to support timely and effective patient care plans. Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress while ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Serve as a resource for clinical and care management processes. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred . Experience: Minimum five (5) years of recent clinical nursing experience . Previous Case Management or Utilization Management experience required. Experience using InterQual , MCG , and Cerner systems required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and computer skills. Licensure/Certification: Current Ohio RN license required. ACM or CCM certification highly desired.
