Our client in Kenilworth, NJ is looking for a Full-Time, Direct Hire Recruiter/ HR Generalist.

Essential Duties &Responsibilities

  • Review JDs and postings. Pre-screen candidates
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, networking, and online tools.
  • Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools.
  • Develop pipeline of talent
  • Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding recruitment, selection processes, and interviewing.
  • Support the HR Department in employee relations and provide general HR support
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferred degrees include Human Resources and/or Business Management
  • 3 (three) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly desired.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with multiple locations within a food manufacturing or distribution environment.
