Senior Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain

Key responsibilities:
As the Senior Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain, you will collaborate closely with operations management teams to implement network changes, driving cost reduction and service improvements.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Utilize your analytical skills to gather and analyze data from the distribution center network, providing actionable recommendations for operational enhancement.
Leverage industry-leading technologies and best practices to optimize distribution center processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop compelling business cases and financial models to support project solutions, aligning with organizational goals.
Execute engineering projects with precision, defining scopes, timelines, and tracking performance metrics to ensure success.
Lead cross-functional project tasks, effectively influencing and communicating with stakeholders to drive project progress and success.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support organizational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Key qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience, or Master's Degree with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering.
Experience in retail distribution with a focus on productivity and performance-driven culture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with experience in time and motion studies, engineered labor standards development or implementation, and working with warehouse management systems.
Strong project management skills, including business case development, capital justification, and change management expertise.
