We are friendly, respectful, and motivated to deliver strong performance in everything we do.What We Offer.In addition to training and career advancement opportunities, we offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, paid disability insurances, education reimbursement and more.Job Description:Performs a variety of warehousing functions which may include picking materials, packaging, crating of parts to ship and deliver.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Pick, process, and deliver parts to the department per its established production sequence.Follow up on daily orders to ensure product is delivered for shipment or assembly.Maintain necessary documentation and forward to appropriate groups for all transactions.Perform a visual inspection of products, report shortages and defects to the appropriate work groups.Handle and package critical parts.Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near warehouse. May move materials manually or using hand truck, electric dolly or forklift.May be asked to assist in regular cycle counting of product to ensure the inventory is accurate and verifies that all transactions are done properly and in a timely manner.Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.Completes various clean-up and housekeeping activities, including records, maintaining tools and equipment, and monitoring storage areas to ensure they are kept clean and that supplies, and equipment are stored in a neat and orderly manner.Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.Qualifications:Must be able to multi-task and be able to change from one task to another without the loss of efficiency or composure.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Must be able to stand for several hours and lift to 30 pounds.Must be able to interact well with diverse group in a team environment.Education/Experience and/or Training:High School graduate or equivalent training.1 year of warehousing and/or inventory experienceExperience with UPS, FedEx, and Logistics shipping software and websites is a plusEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
