We are seeking a highly collaborative, experienced Retirement

Marketing Specialist

to work closely with other marketing colleagues to develop, execute, and administer marketing programs with a high focus on elevating Mercer's intellectual capital and brand within our growing US Wealth business. This role focuses on supporting our Retirement solutions (Defined Contribution, Pooled Employer Plans and Define Benefits) as well as requiring in depth knowledge and expertise in investments. Our Retirement Senior Marketing Specialist will manage a range of tasks, including all tactics across campaigns which include various digital channels, nurture tracks, writing/editing basic copy, documenting and reporting on campaign successes, and performing operational/administrative tasks where required. Will also manage several internal key stakeholders in order to prioritize business objectives and align with marketing initiatives. Being an exceptionally collaborative self-starter is essential as we think big and operate lean.

You will collaborate with multiple teams across Mercer local and global to accomplish the programs and campaigns You will be involved in developing and executing marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Mercer's innovation and intellectual capital. You will develop multi-channel marketing strategy to drive commercialization of US investment & retirement Intellectual Capital Develop and implement email nurture and retargeting programs You will work with key stakeholders in the business to align and execute plans You will manage and optimize digital programs and report findings to leadership You will partner with Research teams to identify and create custom reports You will lead webcasts and coordinate with national and regional teams You will help develop and manage social advocacy and influencer marketing to support building a community What is in it for you?

Collaboration with the cross lines of business centers of excellent (Global creative team, Digital team, Demand Center, CRM Salesforce team, Communications, etc.) Maintain the marketing strategy for our intellectual capital and identify areas of cross-promotion Build and manage a rich content/marketing calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties including website, blog, social media channels, and paid media including digital ads, content syndication, and more. Report on key performance indicators, particularly those related to demand generation, sales follow-up, and brand engagement Communicating marketing campaign successes to management team to influence marketing strategy Delivering strong and collaborative project management and leadership that fosters a culture of creativity, execution excellence, and accountability. What you need to have:

5-7 years of investments or asset management experience; understanding products, performance & compliance Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of marketing experience in a multichannel environment Experience and understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, AEM platforms and Demand Base or other Account Base Marketing platforms to execute campaigns as well as ability to produce the analytics and measure our effectiveness Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as needed in order to support the needs of the business Solid organizational, time-management skills, and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet deadlines and quality requirements Previous Marketing, digital and campaign experience in a related role is required What Makes You Stand Out?

Microsoft Office experience; focus on strong Powerpoint skills Experience writing marketing content Self-directed Experience managing advisory boards or COE's is preferred
