We’re seeking Engineering Program Managers for the Advanced Solutions sector. The selected candidate must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and design solutions that meet the requirements of the customer on temporary applications. The candidate must have operational experience to ensure profitable revenue on each project with multi-area locations and a desire to establish, grow and nurture an ever-growing customer base. Primary Responsibilities + Design solutions for customers based on engineering drawings and physical job walks + Project management oversight of key initiatives and related projects + Work collaboratively with EquipmentShare sales team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships + Present and demonstrate the benefits of EquipmentShare’s capabilities to various customer audiences (Business Development) + Trade Show support + Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare technology + Provide technical support internally and externally for our advanced panels and controls + Assist in the development of fleet deployment to ensure the correct fleet mix for the verticals served in each market + Create and execute special projects including automation and telemetry + Travel, as needed, to meet the needs of the customer and local branch. Our Engineering Program Managers will receive a base salary plus quarterly incentives and a competitive benefits package.
