Strategic Account Manager, Major Accounts (West Coast) Join Clarivate as a Strategic Account Manager, Major Accounts (West Coast), tasked with securing, building, and developing partnerships with key global clients. Responsibilities include expanding existing relationships, driving growth within customer organizations, and up-selling/cross-selling new solutions and services to core persona groups. About You Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or a related field, with at least 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years selling into large pharmaceutical customers. Experience selling complex and bespoke data, insights, and/or consulting solutions. What will you be doing in this role? Building long-term relationships with senior leaders to elevate partnerships. Managing existing relationships for growth. Upselling and cross-selling new services and solutions to existing and new networks. Leading key regional or multi-country strategic opportunities. Conducting whitespace analysis and owning regional account strategy. Partnering with customer experience, solution consulting, and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey. Interfacing with key buying points and advocates, including senior management and department heads. Generating proposals, planning customer meetings, and forming a Clarivate team to meet customer needs. Developing and maintaining a high level of customer, industry, and product knowledge. About The Team Clarivates Major Customers account for approximately 35% of the total Business Units revenues and are complex, multi-dimensional relationships. Hours of Work This is a remote position within a west coast/PST time zone, with required travel. This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. Compensation- US Only The expected base salary is $145,000 - 185,000 USD per year, plus an annual on-target commission plan ($97,000 - $145,000 additional).
