What Will You Do:
  • Provide routine and special service support to customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges; escalating to sales rep as appropriate .
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment.
  • Can execute required chemistry tests, log, and report data, maintain product inventories.
  • Engages in problem solving by performing system analysis, running reports, interpreting data and providing recommendations for additional programs or process improvement. Identifies new service/product opportunities.
  • Directly involved with special projects. Interacts with influencers at major customers.
  • Trains Technical Service Representatives and customers.
  • Maintains accurate service reports, monitors the performance of equipment, and informs engineers of recurring issues
  • Provide routine service support to Sales Reps in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
  • Engages in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Assist Sales Reps with start-ups of new applications in both existing customer and in new accounts, site surveys, product application audits and field evaluation of new products.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years industry experience
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • No immigration sponsorship offered
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Physical Demands:
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Have the ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of industry experience
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
