Are you ready to take on an impactful role that combines data management and provider enrollment? We're looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and driven individual to join our team as a Provider Enrollment & Data Migration Specialist. In this position, you'll help ensure smooth transitions between software systems and facilitate provider enrollments with insurance companies, playing a key role in the healthcare operations process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data migration between software systems, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Facilitate provider enrollments with insurance companies, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete and submit enrollment packets for providers to insurance groups.
  • Compile and analyze data using Excel, including creating and working with pivot tables.
  • Verify provider information such as education, practice locations, and demographic data for accuracy.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all regulations and company procedures.
What We're Looking For:

  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a must).
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data migration from one software system to another.
  • Facilitate provider enrollments with insurance companies, ensuring all necessary actions are taken efficiently.
  • Complete enrollment packets for providers and ensure timely submission to insurance groups.
  • Compile and analyze data using Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
  • Verify provider education, practice locations, and demographic information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain full compliance with all regulations and procedures throughout the role.
