Are you ready to take on an impactful role that combines data management and provider enrollment? We're looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and driven individual to join our team as a Provider Enrollment & Data Migration Specialist. In this position, you'll help ensure smooth transitions between software systems and facilitate provider enrollments with insurance companies, playing a key role in the healthcare operations process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data migration between software systems, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Facilitate provider enrollments with insurance companies, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete and submit enrollment packets for providers to insurance groups.
- Compile and analyze data using Excel, including creating and working with pivot tables.
- Verify provider information such as education, practice locations, and demographic data for accuracy.
- Maintain strict compliance with all regulations and company procedures.
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a must).
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive pay range of $27.00 - $29.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
