We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for answering their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.Guest Service Agent duties and responsibilitiesWelcoming guests as they arrive and checking them into their roomsAnswering phone calls and responding to guest inquiriesHandling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerProcessing payments and maintaining accurate guest recordsAssisting guests with luggage and other requestsCoordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properlyMaintaining a clean and organized front desk areaProviding information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurantsUpselling hotel services and amenities to guestsEnsuring guest satisfaction throughout their stayGuest Service Agent requirements and qualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFlexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferredKnowledge of reservation and front desk systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail
