Job Description:

Site preparation and co-ordination.

Preparation and submission of documents.

Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders onsite to ensure that project requirements are being met.

Prepare, create and plan detailed work schedules, manpower and resource.

Have the ability to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, designs and etc.

Coordinate the safety management system onsite.

Follow up with the project and report on the process of the project to higher management.

Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in related field of studies with 5 years of relevant experience in local Construction Engineering Industry.

Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice.

Good communications and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently.

Target oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Director role.
