PCMS Analyst

Description
Summary
This is a one-year project located in El Dorado, KS working 5/10s. Per diem is available with qualifying home address.
Essential Functions
Building Assets in PCMS:

Utilize PCMS software to input and manage pipeline construction assets, including but not limited to pipelines, facilities, and equipment.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry, adhering to established standards and protocols.
Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to gather necessary information for asset creation and updates.

Reviewing CML Anomalies/Errors:

Monitor the Corrosion Management Log (CML) for anomalies and errors, ensuring timely identification and resolution.
Investigate reported anomalies and errors, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of CML discrepancies and resolutions for auditing and reporting purposes.

Inspection Grading/Setting Inspection Task Schedules:

Develop and implement inspection grading criteria in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Coordinate with inspection teams to establish task schedules, ensuring comprehensive coverage of pipeline construction activities.
Conduct periodic reviews of inspection results, identifying trends and areas for improvement in construction quality and safety.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid drivers license
Insurability through PROtect, LLC insurance carrier
Proven experience working with PCMS software, with a strong understanding of asset management principles.
Familiarity with pipeline construction processes, including inspection procedures and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
