Job Description

Senior Facilities Engineer - Swedish Ballard (Full Time, Day)

Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 7am - 3pm

This role performs a wide variety of work requiring high skill levels and abilities including but not limited to electricity, electronics, sheet metal work, welding, mechanics, machine shop work, hydraulics, plumbing, painting, ventilation work, carpentry, plastering, concrete and masonry work, ceiling installation, floor installation and motors.

Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses.
  • 4 years Experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Providence Swedish is the largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area.
