Maximus Recruiter

Maximus is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter is responsible for facilitating full cycle recruitment including networking, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding. The Recruiter will build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Scope open positions and determine successful candidate criteria. Proactively identify candidates using various strategies. Grow a pipeline of qualified candidates. Network to develop strong relationships with organizations and team members. Engage in full recruiting lifecycle. Utilize social media for candidate attraction. Complete daily and weekly reports. Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for full cycle recruiting for regular and temporary full-time positions. Consult with hiring managers to post accurate requisitions. Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates. Make employment recommendations. Coordinate candidate selection. Complete onboarding processes. Ensure recruiting process compliance. Provide staffing consultation. Participate in special projects. Program Specific Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years full cycle recruiting experience. Experience with high volume recruitment. Knowledge of basic recruiting practices. Proficiency using an ATS. Experience with scheduling tools preferred. Government contracting industry recruitment experience preferred. Proficiency using Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work independently. Effective communication skills. Home Office Requirements:

Company-issued computer equipment provided. Reliable high-speed internet service. Minimum internet speeds required. Private and secure workspace. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. General knowledge of industry practices. Strong communication skills.
