Collaborates with the SBO concerning the hospital financials in order to ensure we have accurate statements every month. Coordinates with the SBO any hospital activities concerned with General Accounting, Financial and Statistical Reporting, Reimbursement, Payroll and Accounts Payable. Oversees the financial operations of the hospital including service line analysis, productivity management, and capacity optimization as well as preparation of Focus Arrangement Check requests. Collaborates and oversees Contract Management and all finance functions remaining at the hospital including payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger. Willingness to learn new Oracle System and work to develop processes and efficiencies in a new business environment.
