Management Level: Class 46Summary: Our Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for performing physical, organoleptic and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting, and calculating results accurately; taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management; any additional assignments requested. All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.Our Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician would be working 1st Shift Monday-Friday with some weekends as needed, 5:45AM-4:00PM (0545-1600) onsite at our 54th St Plant in Enid, OK.
