Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. Identify IT solutions that meet our clients' specific requirements, by utilizing solutions from our existing portfolio or scouting the market for new opportunities when necessary. Demonstrate existing solutions to stakeholders and ensure smooth onboarding process. Develop close relationships with our vendors and external partners. Develop recommendations and roadmaps for optimizing the solutions in your area of responsibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT consulting. Maintain a strong relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services on an ongoing basis. Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidates must possess the below: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience working in IT consulting roles, with a focus on advising clients on technology solutions. A solid understanding of Program, Project, and Portfolio management methodologies and Resource management principles. Technical knowledge on how to implement these processes via diverse portfolio of tools including but not limited to Planisware, MS Project, MS Planner, Smartsheet, and Monday.com. Hands-on experience in facility management solutions including but not limited to Energy Management systems, Physical Access Control, and CCTV surveillance. Experience in data analytic tools (PowerBI) to create necessary data visualizations. Knowledge of ITIL framework and strong service-oriented mindset. Understanding of basic infrastructure platforms and components. Proficiency in English, in both written and verbal communication.
