Andworx is hiring a SharePoint Developer to play an important role in the development of mission and collaborative operational applications. As SharePoint Developer, you will be working on an Agile team that develops custom SharePoint solutions. You will work with a team of SharePoint developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to develop solutions to meet customer requirements and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team where you will have high visibility developing SharePoint solutions that make an impact within an organization.

Please Note: This position requires on-site work a few times per month. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville area.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years full life cycle SharePoint experience include on-prem SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint O365.
  • Experience developing SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and other development languages and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of current SharePoint/O365 services and standards including SharePoint Designer, web parts, workflows, and customizations.
  • Ability to develop solutions using SharePoint Online functionality (Hub Sites, Term Store, Enterprise Keywords, SPFx Deployment, Content Types, etc.).
  • Ability to develop SharePoint solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with both technical and non-technical people.
  • PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
  • Proficiency with migration software such as Metalogix.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • Secret Clerance and the ability to maintain this clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications.
  • Experience creating Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Responsibilities

As SharePoint Developer, you will leverage a blend of technical skills, business analysis, organization, and communication, to perform the following:
  • Develop and support custom SharePoint and O365 solutions for our customer.
  • Perform site collection, site configuration, and administration.
  • Provide recommendations on SharePoint features, capabilities, and service applications to enhance user experience and improve collaborative efforts.
  • Perform content and document management activities.
  • Support user requests for SharePoint services that include new team sites, pages, lists, document libraries, workflows, etc.
  • Create SharePoint technical guides, user guides, diagrams, and flow charts for developed solutions.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of users.
  • Assist and support SharePoint developers and system administrators throughout project lifecycles.
