Project Manager, Sr (Nuc) Supervise the Turbine Outage Service inspection activities. Develop and maintain Turbine Outage Service tools to improve the efficiency of performing project work. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Contract Manager for Turbine Outage Service Contract. Perform Turbine Outage Service project cost and cash flow forecast. Review and evaluate Turbine Outage Service performance of the project staff and contractors. Recommend necessary Turbine Outage Service project training as required. Perform field observations of personnel to reinforce standards and expectations and identify gaps in performance. Work with management to identify and address performance deficiencies. Recommend and implement actions to improve gaps to operational excellence. Oversee Turbine Outage Service procedures and documentation which govern and control project activities. Interface with regulatory and industry representatives on behalf of Turbine Outage Service project activities. Communicate Turbine Outage Service technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing. Minimum Requirements: Minimum education required of the position BS Degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline generally associated with power plant operations or Equivalent Experience. (Equivalent Experience is defined as 5 years of experience in a responsible managerial position in an operating nuclear power Minimum experience required of the position 10 years experience in nuclear power design, construction, maintenance, operations, radiation protection, chemistry, production, or equivalent. Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position Technical proficiency in Turbine Maintenance. Technical proficiency in outage planning and scheduling. Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation. Any certificates, licenses, etc. required of the position Desired: SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR.
