REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

•Strong listening and presentation skills.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
•Knowledge of product line and solid understanding of business and sales concept.
•Strong negotiating and influencing skills required to handle objections and convert leads into prospects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•2+ years inside sales experience.
•Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer or on the telephone for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Some travel may be required. May be required to work Saturdays and some holidays.
