Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills? Insight is seeking a dynamic Senior Communications Manager to lead our internal and corporate communications efforts. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that engage our teammates and promote Insight's brand and reputation as a leading Solutions Integrator. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement internal communications strategies that engage Insight's teammate base and promote a positive company culture.
* Manage and create content for internal communication channels, including company intranet, newsletters, and other teammate communications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with company goals.
* Develop and implement corporate communications strategies that promote Insight's brand and reputation.
* Manage and create content for external communication channels, including press releases, social media and other public relations efforts.
* Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and other external stakeholders.
* Lead the team that monitors and analyzes media coverage of Insight and its competitors and provide insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and execute their personal communication strategies, including speeches, presentations, and other external communications.
* Provide guidance and coaching to executive leaders on effective communication techniques and messaging.
* Develop and manage executive communication plans that align with the company's overall communication strategy and support key business objectives.
* Manage crisis communications and provide guidance to leadership during times of crisis.
* Work closely with industry analysts to ensure a positive perception of Insight's brand and products, including managing analyst briefings and inquiries and providing insights to senior leadership on industry trends and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with the investor relations team to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with the company's financial goals, including supporting earnings calls, investor presentations, and other external communications.
* Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to Insight's team of communications professionals, including setting goals, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall communication strategy.
* Exemplify Insight's core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony in all aspects of the role, including leading by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork, and demonstrating a strong commitment to the company's mission and values.
What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal and corporate communications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leaders and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience with crisis communications and issues management.
* Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for corporate communications.
* Experience with media relations and working with journalists.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform communication strategies.
The base salary range for this position is typically $90,000 to $120,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
