Lead Salesforce Developer (Onsite Newark, CA) 12-Month Contract | Up to $125/hour | Onsite Role Were seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer for a 12-month onsite contract in Newark, California. This is a senior-level position that requires a proven track record of leading Salesforce development initiatives in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth, leadership experience, and a background in manufacturing or automotive industries. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in code quality and deployment. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release management to maintain a high standard of delivery. Oversee the full development lifecycle, including design documentation, testing, and deployment. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers). 2+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior Developer capacity, mentoring and guiding teams. Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, Security Model, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third?party applications. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification highly preferred. Experience within manufacturing or automotive industries is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast?paced, on?site environment.
