As a Talent Acquisition Manager at DN Tanks, you will play a critical role in ensuring we have the best talent possible to support our growing business. We believe that the right cultural fit is essential for fostering a thriving workplace, and we rely on our Talent Acquisition team to support this. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can harness both strategic and creative skills to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
In this role, you will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that not only elevates our brand awareness but also cultivates a diverse pipeline of candidates across all levels of the organization. Your efforts will play a crucial role in shaping our culture as we continue to grow and evolve. Primary Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company's professional, craft and early career positions
    • Act as a partner and advisor to hiring managers by developing and driving strategies to identify organizational needs and to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
    • Coach and educate hiring managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates with our values
    • Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
    • Own all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
    • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and an effective interview format
    • Build an ongoing, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure annual hiring needs are achieved
    • Build relationships and networking strategies with universities, trade schools, industry organizations and other groups
Qualifications:
    • 8-10 years of experience in recruiting with proven success in evaluating, designing, and implementing recruiting and hiring processes
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or related field
    • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other creative sourcing ideas
    • Experience acting as a trusted peer to hiring managers
    • Experience creatively sourcing and identifying candidates using multiple strategies including LinkedIn, social media, networking, direct sourcing and referrals
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
