KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically acquired through: • Completion of a Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university. • Seven years of experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and FP&A. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. • Ability to effectively present information to various levels of management and various non-Finance personnel. • Experience with consolidation software solutions (e.g., Planful, Hyperion, etc.) and query tools (Spotlight, Essbase, SmartView, etc) preferred. • Experience with the Glovia ERP platform preferred. • Experience working in the Manufacturing industry preferred. • Experience with Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Standard Costing practices preferred.
