Kiva Sales And Service (Kss) Order Fulfillment Specialist Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders. This job is for you, if... You love communicating with others and cross-functional collaboration. As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will... Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing Receive and log incoming items Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC What we're looking for... High school diploma or equivalent experience is required Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required. Work Environment This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 1pm to 9:30pm Some extended and weekend hours may be required. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time. $20 - $20 an hour
