My client is a Financial Controller/CFO to join the team, this will be a fast paced organisation, where the person will be hands on, wearing many hats.
Candidate must be familar with the capitalization table, cash flow modeling and have experience presenting decks to the board. In the future as the firm grows, this person will be involved in fund raising and pitching to VC's

Description
Act as financial controller/CFO for fintech software firm with offices in NYC and internationally.
Worth in an environment similar to venture capital, very fast paced, demanding - candidate wearing many hats
Cash flow forecasting and modeling is key, heaby experience with capitalization tables
Fund raising experience is a plus

Entrenurial Spirit
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic organization
Experience working in a venture capital backed firm or a fintech start up
Financial Controller/CFO experience
