JOB SUMMARY
A Recruiting Coordinator serves as a part of the team focused on building the future by supporting the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers across the company. You will manage a high volume of candidates, analyzing and identifying high performers based on established practices by ProLift. You will collect and document feedback, scheduling meetings, assessments, and up-to-date information for candidate tracking. You will also run reports and assist the Talent Manager in analyzing specific metrics to support future success. This position is an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment for those who enjoy a challenge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using industry contacts, databases, social media, etc

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Manage candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Data entry, documentation of all applicants

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview status.

Inform unqualified candidates of status

Send assessments to qualified candidates

Preparation of offer letters

Projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in confidential work in a sensitive manner

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.

Excellent communicator, verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar software.

Two to four years of experience in a related position preferred

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
