The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The company provides full benefits after a 90-day probationary period, with regular opportunities for pay increases. Experience is not required; however, the ideal applicant will possess accounts payable and accounts receivable skills and have recent experience in accounting. Responsibilities:

Creating new client invoices, ranging from basic to complex. Tracking receivables and informing the office manager/bookkeeper of delinquent accounts. Running reports through Excel on a daily basis, along with weekly and end-of-month reporting for the bookkeeper's review. Assisting on special projects with the bookkeeper or outside CPA as well as assisting the payroll department on special projects when needed.
