S-One is a remote-first company and will currently consider applicants who reside in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Washington DC.

This position can be in an office, hybrid, or remote, but we plan in-person onboarding for the first week of employment in Sarasota, FL.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position supports company objectives, S-One Labels & Packaging initiatives, and the S-One Labels & Packaging sales representatives and product line managers in many areas. The focus of this role is two-fold. First, to assist the product specialists in their day-to-day activities, to create a great customer service experience, and to assist in the growth of sales and margin.

WHAT OU WILL DO:

Power BI Reporting

NetSuite inventory tracking and new SKU setup

Price list and cost list check vs NetSuite

Sample production and mailing

Sustainable certification tracking

Monitor shared email along with public folders and take action in a timely and professional manner

Communicate and connect with defined customer database

  • Profile customers/prospects and assign appropriately
  • Ensure accurate information is captured in CRM
  • Assist with orders, quotes, tracking
Provide positive communication with our customers/prospects via phone, email and online chat
  • Ask proper questions to ensure we are helping our customers with their needs and applications in mind
  • Create a great customer experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Ability to learn multiple platforms to perform position requirements - proficiency in Excel, Power BI, NetSuite, and Microsoft CRM is a plus

A positive and collaborative approach to solving problems and the willingness to work across all departments and business units
