Project Manager

Project Manager Manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Oversee procurement processes, including materials and equipment purchases. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and standards on all job sites. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency. A successful Project Manager should have: experience managing construction projects in the retail or restaurant sectors, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively, knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction, proficiency in project management software and tools.
