Unlock your potentialJob Summary and QualificationsThe Food & Nutrition Food Service Worker I will be a competent Support services employee who is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist. Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives established annually as listed on the performance management plan. Utilizes systems/processes to ensure patient safety, infection control practices, department security & HIPPA guidelines.Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutrition’s uniform and personal appearance standards at all timeUtilizes proper processes to achieve patient, customer & physician satisfaction goals. Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values of the organization. What qualifications you will need:High School Graduate\Equivalent preferred1 + years of experience in healthcare preferred Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire preferredLewisGale Hospital Montgomery has provided quality healthcare services since 1910. We specialize in heart and vascular care—with the only cardiac catheterization lab in the New River Valley. We perform percutaneous coronary intervention - (stent and angioplasty). We provide services in orthopedic and spine care, and heartburn treatment at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery’s Heartburn Treatment Center.
