Job Description Key responsibilities for the role include creating and maintaining an overall global sales strategy, achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, delivering value-based selling methodologies, and developing a successful sales organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of proven solution-selling expertise in technical sales. Strong leadership experience and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships are essential. The role also involves internal team building, transparent reporting, and a commitment to driving exceptional customer satisfaction. The candidate should be a hands-on, team-oriented communicator. Leads global sales organization operations and tactics to develop and implement the organizational sales strategy that drives profitable growth to achieve financial objectives and expands our customer base. Establishes and implements processes, tools and structure to effectively enable and measure success of the sales organization’s operations. Oversees goal setting for departmental and individual objectives and uses data effectively to monitor the market, competition, opportunities, customer base and sales performance. Build effective sales & support teams through recruiting, mentoring & development programs. Drive new business opportunities and negotiate strategic and high-value opportunities that enable significant, repeatable profitable growth. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers and apply knowledge of the products/applications to match needs of customers. Effectively showcase company solutions using online/in-person demos/meetings. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and understanding of customer needs and how our solutions address them. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and developing & managing forecasts. Ability to exceed goals and quotas, building a sustainable pipeline to drive new sales in the region. Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to generate leads and repeat business. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. Identify pipelines, and opportunities, lead the engagement, solutions, and close deals Ensure that company forecasts are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress through CRM system. Drive discipline in data management through CRM, ensuring all commercial activity is reported properly. Manage the proactive sales of Aftermarket solutions (parts, service and support) to new and existing customers. Remain up-to-date on customers’ business and anticipate their needs and requirements.
