Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Advanced understanding of ESD controls, epoxy mixing, bonding, painting, and assembly techniques.Masking, de-masking, advanced heat shrinks, wire winding, advanced lacing cord, humiseal (dunk/spray), spray paint, epoxy, bonding, labeling/ink marking.Advanced Harness Cables, Advanced PCB assembly, Advanced Heat Shrinking, Lacing Cord. Ability to train others in these specific tasks. Education And Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 6+ years related experience and/or training. J-STD-001 Certification preferred. Tools/Equipment used:Must be able to operate solder irons, cutters, wire strippers, crimpers and heat guns. Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations. Ability to communicate in English.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.The work area is usually subject to air conditioning / heating.
