Internal Auditor

HNI Internal Auditor Position
HNI Corporation is a global family of brands dedicated to enhancing the spaces where we live, work, and gather. We are seeking an Internal Auditor to join our team in Muscatine, Iowa.

Provide independent and objective control assurance and advisory services.

Assist HNI management in evaluating and improving governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Participate in audits using common standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

Lead financial audit testing, analyze adherence with budgetary standards, and review financial materials.

Complete audits, prepare reports, present findings, and develop recommendations to improve internal controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

MBA (preferred)

CPA (preferred)

Experience in internal and/or external auditing (preferred)

Experience in a manufacturing company (preferred)
