The Role - Head of Marketing / Marketing Director

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing strategies with a significant focus on lead generation. You’ll manage a team of 2 and external agency support, and lead in the delivery of fully integrated projects across campaigns, content, digital and events.

You’ll also manage the implementation of CRM, look after PR activities and work to increase brand awareness.

Requirements - Head of Marketing / Marketing Director

The following are essential to be considered for this role.

A senior level marketing background from a consultancy background in technology, engineering or similar.

A CIM or degree in marketing, communications, engineering or another technical subject.

Line management experience.

Lead generation experience.

Location

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and working from home twice a week. Suitable areas to commute from include Saffron Walden, Cambridge, Duxford, Sawston, Royston, Linton, Haverhill, Thaxted, Stanstead Mountfitchet, Bishops Stortford, Takeley, Sawbridgeworth, Fulbourn, Newmarket, Milton, Waterbeach, Bar Hill, and wider areas of south Cambridgeshire and North Essex. #J-18808-Ljbffr
