Change Manager Intro:
Join our Core Business Platforms team as a Change Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in leading the change management activities for our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) transformation initiative. This initiative aims to modernize the company's engagement and capabilities within the Partner Ecosystem. As a Change Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, other Change Managers, and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of changes across the organization.

Change Manager Job Details:
This is a remote, contract position for a duration of 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of project and initiative roadmaps, applying structured change management methodologies, and leading all related activities. Your tasks will include conducting change management assessments, creating and executing detailed change management plans, and establishing success metrics to measure the impact of the changes. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and delivering effective communications and training materials to support the transition.

Change Manager Mandatory Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational change efforts.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in active listening and able to articulate messages clearly to various audiences.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and drive progress towards a common vision or goal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of issues.

Change Manager Desired Skills:
- Experience in managing change in technology or platform transformation projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Aptitude for accessible and clear communication, fostering teamwork, and enhancing problem-solving capabilities.

Change Manager Start Date:
The position is available immediately,

Change Manager Location:
While the position is remote, the preferred location is Raleigh, NC, but this is flexible depending on the candidate's location.
