What You'll Do: As a Clinician, you will provide in-home and community-based therapy to children and families facing behavioral and emotional challenges. You will partner with caregivers, schools, and other support systems to develop collaborative treatment plans that build resiliency and support sustainable change. What We Offer: Tuition Reimbursement - Up to $100k Flexible Work Schedule - Create your own schedule (Monday-Friday) Professional Growth - Extensive clinical supervision tailored to advance your career-one-third of our hires are internal promotions Collaborative Work Environment - Work with expert clinicians across multiple specialties, with a primary focus on your well-being Key Responsibilities: Provide family therapy, individual therapy, parent coaching, and crisis intervention Deliver services in homes, schools, or outpatient/community-based settings Develop and implement culturally responsive treatment and safety plans Support families in building skills that promote connection, regulation, and growth Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with program guidelines Collaborate with natural supports and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings What You'll Bring: Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related license-eligible field (required) Experience working with children, adolescents, and families (strongly preferred) CANS-MA certification or willingness to become certified within 30 days of hire (required) Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment, family therapy, and behavioral interventions Ability to navigate family and youth-serving systems and collaborate with community partners Strong organizational and documentation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Cultural humility and ability to engage with diverse families in a respectful and empowering manner We Hire for Purpose Since 1938, Behavioral Health Network has been dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally appropriate behavioral health care across Western Massachusetts.
