We’re opening the position of a Middle Project Manager/Scrum Master to the existing team aimed at developing SaaS solutions that help companies optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading ML and AI for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses. Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, meet deadlines and schedules Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to reach a common understanding of the best solution needed; moderate meetings Hold regular Scrum meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Collaborate with the Product Owner/Tech Lead/Architect on managing changing priorities, refining the product backlog, splitting the work, and aligning with the product goals and vision Assist in release management Develop good relationships with the development teams and stakeholders Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the team Provide project-level analysis – produce the required project analysis documentation Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries/updates, and project backlog Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines Remove impediments to the team’s progress Work closely with the development team, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is developed in a collaborative and cross-functional manner Work with the development team to plan sprints and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy Be responsible for managing the release process, ensuring that the product is released on time, and meets the Customer’s needs Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Agile project management using Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks and methods Good project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building and communication skills Manage requirements within different stakeholders Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and customers Ability to guide and resolve team challenges, conduct product/service demonstrations, and manage expectations effectively Fluency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including technical and writing English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher Will be a plus:
