Our Stores are at the heart of the local Hair and Beauty Industry and should be welcoming, safe, well laid out, professional in appearance and commercially active.

You are responsible for this, and for ensuring that every visitor to your store enjoys their visit and leaves with a positive impression. A successful store always has a successful Commercially minded Branch Manager leading it, and they always build a successful team around them.

You will enjoy leading your team and be able to motivate and develop their skills and product knowledge, so they have the same pride you have for running a successful store.

Managing an Aston & Fincher Store and territory is a rewarding job and comes with a good remuneration package.

The ideal candidate would live within 30mins travel time of the Store location, although this is not a requirement or job specific to this role.

**Working Hours and Job Location**

The working hours for this role are 36.75 hours a week Monday to Friday. This may vary due to Managers role and responsibilities.
