Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary
care services to older adults. As a vital member of our team, you will play a
key role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care in a
supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
MD
or DO degree
BC
or BE in Family, Geriatric or Internal Medicine
Active,
non-probationary, unrestricted State License
Active
DEA license
Preferred
Qualifications:
Fellowship
training in Geriatrics. Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric. Experience
in outpatient primary care settings. Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
