We are seeking an exceptional and seasoned individual for the position of Global Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of compelling hardware products that blend technical innovation, impeccable design, and strong consumer relevance. The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team driving Cricut's next-generation products, enhancing existing products, and furthering the growth of our world-class brand. This role involves close collaboration with: Industrial designers Hardware and software engineering Sales Marketing Operations A global manufacturing team You will be instrumental in driving a product portfolio that is disrupting the creative world. As a Global Product Manager, you will: Lead a cross-functional team in the product development and go-to-market strategies for a key portfolio of hardware products. Perform market opportunity analysis and build business cases that support hyper-growth initiatives. Actively participate in consumer learning plans, deriving consumer insights to inform product definition and marketing. Make fundamental trade-off decisions that balance strategic and execution considerations when bringing products to market. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following characteristics, whether through work, school, or life experiences: Leadership: Experience leading teams, directly and/or indirectly, with integrity, clarity, and self-awareness.
