Outpatient Coordinator

Our client is a leading non-profit social services provider is looking for an Outpatient Coordinator.Position Type: Full-Time/PermSchedule: Mon-Fri (No weekends)Location: Williamstown, NJJob Summary:•To provide support to the Outpatient Senior Program Director in the coordination of services within the Outpatient Program.•The coordinator will assist with orientating new staff and interns, audit records, review electronic health records, and assist with program administrative tasks.•The Outpatient Coordinator will also provide assessment and evidence-based treatment for individuals, families, and couples following the Principals of Trauma Informed Care.QUALIFICATIONS:•Graduate degree with current New Jersey license; LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCADC, CADC with ability to acquire advanced license within one year from date of hire.•Minimum two years post graduate, direct clinical experience, providing psychotherapy within a behavioral health setting.•Knowledge, training, and application of evidence-based treatment.•Knowledge of Trauma Informed practice and treatment.•Able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural behavioral health setting.•Proficient in use of computer, familiar with use of an electronic health system.•Ability to complete documentation independently, accurately, and adhere to timeframes.•Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.•Knowledge, skill, and ability; DSM V/ICD-10, systems of care, risk factors, evidence-based assessment tools.•A valid NJ driver's license.RESPONSIBILITIES:•Provide competent, direct clinical services to adults, children, and adolescents through a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family.•Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure. Adhere to HIPAA regulations in all related member matters.•Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicity.•Maintain professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required.•Maintain weekly productivity standards of 65% which is adjusted based on number of hours expected to work on coordinator activities.•Maintain show rate target of 72% for clinical time with clients.•Assist Outpatient Senior Program Director with administrative tasks, electronic health record reports, chart audits and report data as needed.•Attend monthly/weekly supervision meetings with Outpatient Senior Program Director and monthly staff meetings.•Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Outpatient Senior Program Director.Please email: jisha.thomas@itmmi.comSalary: 62k
