Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with clients to develop concepts and code templates for HTML emails and related landing pages.
  • Manage the email deployment schedule for various clients, and analyze and report on campaign performance to both clients and internal teams.
  • Support website redesign initiatives, including content migration in CMS platforms, code refinement, and conducting browser and accessibility testing.
Work Schedule & Location
  • This role requires working from our Chicago office four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
  • Candidates must be based in Chicago to be considered for this position.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Photoshop.
  • Ability to generate reports using Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Expertise in PHP, JavaScript frameworks, or CMS platforms like Craft CMS, WordPress, or Drupal is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous agency experience is a plus.
