This is an exciting time to become a part of our team, as our company continues to grow Role and Responsibilities Managing patients' time on service from baseline to EOS Checking to ensure new patients put on service have viable baselines Flipping patient study type if indicated by billing Entering accounts and notification changes after they are approved and any special instructions for the technicians Tracking/troubleshooting non-compliant patients/lead reversal, etc. Troubleshooting for potential monitor replacements Notifying practice of any delay/interruption in service or early discharge Informing billing of cancelled studies Handling any complaints and ensure the proper follow up is completed Properly documenting patient records Handling all inbound calls from patients on the #J-18808-Ljbffr
