The Workforce Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting Augusta Health's efforts to drive, implement, and execute workforce and talent pipeline development programs. The Workforce Development Specialist will partner closely with Augusta Health's business segment leaders, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development departments, and key stakeholders in our communities to implement our workforce development strategies.

Education

Associate's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum 23 years of directly related experience in workforce or talent pipeline development, workforce planning, talent acquisition and sourcing, human resources, program or project management, or another related field required.

3-5 years of experience preferred.

Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in program and project management, coordination, and facilitation with multiple internal and external groups, competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
