Job Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance Specialists.
Oversee final product release and adherence to cGMP regulations.
Conduct inspections, review deviations, and manage corrective actions.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate effectively across departments.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing (Biotech/Pharma preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with cGMP regulations.
Experience managing employees a plus.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, QA, validation, and process development.
Knowledge of electronic batch records, ERP systems, and Quality Management Systems.
Ability to interpret and implement quality standards.
*this is an on-the-floor role, Sunday-Thursday 1st shift (8:30-4:30)
