Inventory Clerk Problem Solver Warehouse Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is immediately hiring Warehouse Inventory Clerks/Problem Solvers in Port Deposit, MD for third shift (Wednesday 12:00?am?6:00?am, Thursday?Saturday 6:00?pm?6:00?am). Positions paid weekly. Pay: $21.50 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour for third shift. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of warehouse experience Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization Manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions Recognize and read location, date and product codes Work independently and as a member of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to operate and self?driven in a fast?paced environment Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) at beginner level Equipment certification may be required depending on location Safety Sensitive Position; may require equipment certification and badge/background check Responsibilities Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits Audit inbound and outbound shipments Participate in physical inventories as necessary Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates on inventory issues Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Paid weekly On?job paid training Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) (match) starting at 30 days Paid time off Stock options: employee discount 15?% Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel Safety gear provided; safety first State?of?the?art equipment and caring leadership Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug?free workplace.
